Sgt Motivator completed his PFT on 3/1/12 with a score 270 and his CFT on 12/1/11 with a score 295. He was not required to fire on the range this reporting period. This will be an annual report. Sgt Motivator weighs 189 lbs. and is 5'11''. You are his reporting senior (RS).

Scenario 2:
PFC Jonah H. Initiative is a hard working Marine who has a history of partying too much on the weekends. Unfortunately, PFC Initiative was subject to an NJP last month for underage drinking in the barracks. He is also overweight from the drinking and is assigned to BCP. He can accomplish normal duties with no supervision but more complicated jobs require supervision.
