Make a list of at least 3 Billet Descriptions for Sgt Motivator.  Sgt Motivator is an above average Marine and he accomplished all of his assigned duties.

Assignment:  Complete sections A-C of NAVMC 10835A (FITREP) for Sgt Motivator.

Scenario 2:

PFC Jonah H. Initiative is a hard working Marine who has a history of partying too much on the weekends.  Unfortunately, PFC Initiative was subject to an NJP last month for underage drinking in the barracks.  He is also overweight from the drinking and is assigned to BCP.  He can accomplish normal duties with no supervision but more complicated jobs require supervision.

What PRO/CON marks would you assign to PFC Initiative?
